Accounts can sometimes get compromised, and it can be a pretty daunting feeling when it does.
At TWU, we strive to do our best to help you when your TWU account gets compromised. If we are notified that your account has been compromised by Microsoft, we reset your TWU account password & notify you (via your non TWU email, if there is one on file -- you can check here) that we suspect your account has been compromised.

Procedure
If you received notice that your account has been compromised, please follow the instructions listed in the email. If you have any additional questions about the email, please respond to the email with your questions & our Service Hub staff will respond to you shortly!
If you did not receive notice that your account has been compromised but suspect that it has been, please submit a request here.
Requirements
To gain access to this service you need to:
- Have a TWU account
- Verify your identity with a Service Hub attendant
