Reset your TWU password

A. Forgot Password

Forgot your TWU ACCOUNT password? You may be able to use the Forgot Your Password link through the portal.

  1. Go to the Forgot Password page and type in your Student ID or personal Email


     
  2. If your Account is found, a verification email will be sent to the personal Email on file.


     
  3. An Account Verification Email will be sent to your personal Email. Click on the link to verify your account.


     
  4. You will be redirected to another page for the reset process. Click on the button to perform a password reset.


     
  5. A password reset will be sent to the personal Email on file


     
  6. You will receive an email with a temporary password. You will need to follow the instructions to update your password.


     
  7. When you have logged into the Campus Portal with your Temporary Password, Microsoft will prompt you to update your password.


     
  8. You're password has been successfully updated.

B. Request Password Reset through Service Hub

You can Request Service Hub to reset your password. Be sure to include your:

  1. Personal email address that Service Hub can send your password reset to
  2. Your date of birth and/or Student ID as validation
