As long as your institution(s) send your transcripts directly to admissions@twu.ca, the document(s) will be considered official.

MyCreds™ electronic document delivery:
TWU has partnered with the MyCreds™ National Network to securely issue and receive documents. If your institution is a member of the MyCreds™️ Member Contact Directory you can share transcripts electronically from your registered account on the MyCreds™ Learner Portal by selecting ‘Send my document to a registered organization’ and search Trinity Western University in the recipient field.

Documents submitted in support of an application become the property of TWU and will not be returned. TWU Admissions digitizes the mailed documents and does not retain physical copies. If you need to submit an irreplaceable document (e.g., original graduation certificates), please contact your Admissions Advisor to arrange for its delivery to TWU and its return to you once TWU’s evaluation of your application is complete.
