1. Respect for Personal Space

  • Quiet Hours: Set times for study, sleep, and relaxation.
  • Study Space: Respect for common and personal study areas.
  • Privacy: No use of personal belongings without permission.

2. Cleanliness & Shared Responsibilities

  • Common Areas: Clean up immediately after use.
  • Personal Areas: Maintain individual room cleanliness.
  • Cleaning Schedule: Define frequency for cleaning bathroom, kitchen, room, and lounge.
  • Dishes & Trash: Wash dishes within a set time; take out trash regularly.

3. Communication & Conflict Resolution

  • Open Communication: Discuss issues respectfully and in person.
  • Dispute Resolution: Attempt resolution among roommates first; escalate to RA if needed.

4. Consequences for Non-Compliance

  • Warning: Verbal or written notice with opportunity to correct behavior.
  • Mediation: RA-led session if issues persist.
  • Escalation: Severe violations may lead to disciplinary action by the RD.
