Staff/Faculty Parking Passes
All Staff & Faculty who currently park at the Langley campus must re-register for parking as we are implementing a new parking system in partnership with Concord Parking as of April 1st 2026.
Please use this link here twu.concordparking.com to re-register your existing vehicle. If you are prompted to log in, you will be using the same email and password as your TWU single sign on.
All passes moving forward are virtual based on the license plate information you enter at the time of registering. There is no longer a requirement to display a parking decal, nor will they be valid to entitle you to park on Campus.
As such, it is mandatory that you provide accurate vehicle details with regards to the vehicle license plate number. Incomplete or incorrect details may void a permit and result in a violation ticket being issued.
Great News! You are now able to self-manage your parking registration. By logging in to twu.concordparking.com at any time you can update your license plate information as needed. You can register up to a maximum of 2 license plate numbers; however, only one of those registered vehicles can be parked on campus at any given time. If multiple vehicles under the same permit are parked, a violation ticket may be issued.
Cost
Staff and Faculty parking is still free in specified areas; however you are subject to the parking taxable benefit that is automatically applied to your account in ADP if you have registered for parking, see your pay statements or People and Culture for more information on the parking taxable benefit.
Reimer Underground
Staff parking passes for Reimer Underground are available by request only. The cost is $30.00 a month ($15.00 each pay period). There is currently a wait list for underground parking at Reimer Student Center. Please let us know here TWU Service Hub if you would like to be added to the waiting list.
If you currently have Reimer Underground parking, you will be getting an email on how to re-register and keep your priority parking. You will be given a unique code to allow you to re-register and keep your underground placement. Please wait for that email before you attempt to re-register.
Note: Staff/Faculty Parking is not valid in Underground lots without an additional fee.
Note: Failure to adhere to TWU parking regulations may result in being issued a violation ticket.
Departmental Guests and Event Parking
If you are having Guests attend TWU Langley Campus, or require parking for a large group in which you will be sponsoring the parking costs please use this form Request Form - Questions about Parking on Campus to provide the details, being as specific as possible, on group size, preferred lot, date and time and we will respond with more information on how to pay for, and activate parking for your TWU guests or group events.

Q: What is my username and password for twu.concord.com?
A: It is the same as your TWU single sign on. Make sure you are signed in to see the parking option for Staff & Faculty
