Important Information
All Parking Permits for Commuter and Resident students are now purchased online by credit card at the time of registration. If you do not have a credit card, a prepaid card can be purchased at most gas stations and many other retailers.
There is no option to have your parking permit charged to the student statement. Daily and hourly rates are also available by credit card at the pay stations located on Campus.
Purchase a Parking Permit
TWU Langley parking operates a Pay-By-License Plate system. All passes are virtual. There is no longer a requirement to display a parking decal. As such, it is mandatory that you provide accurate vehicle details with regards to the vehicle license plate number. Incomplete or incorrect details may void a permit and result in a violation ticket being issued.
You are now able to self-manage your parking registration.
-
By logging into twu.concordparking.com you can update your license plate and vehicle information as needed. You can register up to a maximum of 3 license plate numbers; however, only one of those registered vehicles can be parked on campus at any given time. If multiple vehicles under the same permit are parked, a violation ticket may be issued. Changes to vehicles are allowed in exceptional circumstances, but frequent vehicle switching will result in your account being locked.

Notes:
Refunds
Refunds are available to those who purchase an academic year parking permit on a prorated basis.
Commuter and Resident permits can only be canceled effective on the 1st or 15th of a month. Permits canceled at any other time will be refunded beginning on the 1st or 15th day of that month, whichever comes first.
For example, if a permit is returned on October 25, you will be refunded the price for November 1–April 30. If a permit is returned on December 3, you will be refunded for December 15–April 30.
Motorcycles
Motorcycles do not require a parking permit when parked in designated motorcycle areas and hashed areas.
