Use this form to request a refund of your TWU or ACTS student account credit balance or to donate the remaining credit to a scholarship fund for future students. Refunds are processed securely through Flywire.

Instructions

TWU has partnered with Flywire, a global payment platform, to securely process our refunds electronically.

• You will receive an email from no-reply@flywire.com advising you that TWU would like to send you a payment.
• Please provide your bank account details and payment instructions using the secure link that Flywire provides in the email to receive the refund.
• There is a small processing fee of $1.00-$1.50 per wire that is charged by Flywire.
• Please note that returned wires (due to the entry of incorrect banking information, etc.) may result in a $45 charge to the student account.
• Once you have submitted your banking details, you can expect the funds to be disbursed in approximately 2 weeks. TWU will send you an email at that time.
