Submit a monthly inspection checklist to verify that building safety standards such as fire systems, exits, and common areas are properly maintained and free of hazards.

Fire extinguishers clearly marked and properly installed

Check emergency lighting (press test button)

Check ceiling tiles for cracks, holes or missing

Furniture is 6 inches out from the heaters

No Christmas lights unless battery operated

Hallway walls should be bare (dorms)

No appliances except the ones TWU provides (dorms)

No power bars or extension cords (dorms)

No candles, incense, halogen lamps or open flames of any kind (dorms)

No extra furniture and lamps (egress must be maintained at all times)
