As a new international student studying at Trinity Western University, you will be automatically enrolled in the Guard.Me Canada health insurance plan for 3 months. This plan is mandatory for all new international students studying in Canada and is a condition of studying at TWU. Your coverage period is based on your program start date.
Some new international students are excluded from automatic enrollment in Guard.Me health insurance:
- Permanent Residents of Canada
- Students enrolled in Casual Studies
- Protected Persons (i.e., students with refugee status)
