Housing Placement Appeal

Housing Appeals can only be made when a student believes their placement meets one of the following three categories:

  1. Documented Needs Not Met: The student's housing placement does not meet their documented needs, provided that the accommodation request was submitted on time and with the proper requirements.
  2. Priority Process Not Followed: The student believes the placement priority process was not followed correctly, resulting in other students receiving preferred placements inappropriately. Documentation must be submitted to support this claim.
  3. Administrative Error: The housing placement team made an administrative error that affected the student's placement. The student must provide evidence of this error.

Note: If students do not provide sufficient information or documentation for their appeal, it will be denied. Appeals that do not meet these requirements will also be denied. Students who wish to request a different placement can submit a change request form, which will be followed up on by the housing placement team based on availability. All reviews of appeals or final.
