Complete this form if your visa has been denied and you are requesting a refund of the tuition deposit. You will be required to provide a copy of the denial letter.

As per the TWU Student Refund Policy, funds will be returned to the original payor.

If the payment was made by another individual or company, you will need to make arrangements to collect the funds directly from them.
