The CliftonStrengths Assessment is a fantastic tool to discover your natural talents, learn to develop them into strengths, and maximize your potential in your personal and professional life. We are so excited to be offering this assessment with LDRS 303, and hope you'll be able to gain a tremendous amount of depth and knowledge as you navigate the course with this assessment.
To help you begin and complete your assessment, please see our guide below to ensure you get the most accurate results.
- Once you receive an email with your personal code instructing you to complete your assessment, proceed to this link.
- Please input your personal code into the required field, and click CONTINUE.
- You will be re-directed to a Sign-in page where you will be able to Create an account.

Once you have filled in all the necessary information and created your account, you will land on the page below, and a Gallup code will be sent to the email you used to create your account. Input that code as the Verification Code and click SUBMIT. (If you do not receive an email, please check your Junk Mail. If it isn't there either, you can click on RESEND EMAIL instead.)

Once you have been verified, you will receive a confirmation email, and land on the following page. Please read it through properly before consenting. Once you've decided to consent, check off the box and click CONTINUE.

When it asks you to choose your preferred language, choose English (USA) or either of the Chinese options, whichever you'd be most comfortable with.

You will then land on the following page. Choose to Take the CliftonStrengths assessment, and click Continue.

Please read this page carefully, and click Next. You will have only *20 SECONDS* to complete each question, and will need to complete the 177 descriptors in the questionnaire in ONE sitting.

You're now ready to start your assessment!
