Your Digital Wallet - MyCreds

Once you have Requested your eTrascript, you will receive an email from MyCreds at your TWU e-mail address. 

1. Select Register/Sign In and you will be asked to Register for a MyCreds Account.
2. Register and sign in with Education Provider / Institution
3. Use your TWU email and password to access.
4. Fill out the required fields.

Share your eTranscript

Payment comes in the form of share credits. You can share your document(s) as many times as you need.

Your digital wallet allows 3 options for viewing/sharing

1. Registered Organization - instant transfer & certified
2. Email Address - email sent from MyCreds to your recipient
3. PDF Download

Troubleshooting Steps

• If you can't get into your TWU Account, click here to find out more about how to Reset your Password,

  • If you are an Alumni and believe that you don't have a TWU Account, please note that all Alumni were made TWU Accounts retroactively, please Reset your Password using the above link.

• If you receive a notification that you have a Hold on your account, you will not be able to order a Transcript. Please note that a request will be made about the Hold and the Office of the Registrar will contact you at your TWU E-mail address with further details.
