Options & Procedure
Transcripts can be ordered in the Campus Portal.
You have the following Transcript options:
- Unofficial Transcript (free)
- A preview of what your official Transcript will look like.
- Instant eTranscript ($13)
- A digital/electronic version of your official Transcript and available within 1 hour to share.
- Step-by-step instructions on how to order an eDocument can be found here.
- Printed Transcript ($13 + shipping)
- A printed version of your official Transcript. Available within 3 business days to pick up, mail or courier.
You will be required to sign into your student account in order to access your transcripts above. If you have forgotten your username and/or password and need assistance with login permissions, please reset your TWU password.
Terms & Conditions & Return/Refund Policy
Confirming the content of the transcripts before ordering is student and alumnus responsibility, as is destination and method of transcript delivery. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund is available. TWU is not responsible for delayed or lost mail.
