Meal plan changes may be requested:

by August 1 and September 1-15 (Fall semester)

by December 1 and January 7-15 (Spring semester)

 

Meal plans are not refundable after the Add/Drop date (September 17). 

*Note that the Apartment Base Meal plan is available only for FRASER APARTMENTS, MCMILLAN APARTMENTS, JACOBSON (4 people) AND SKIDMORE (4 people) PODS AND DEVRIES RESIDENTS.

JACOBSON (6 people) and ROBSON residents may downgrade to JACOBSON & ROBSON BASE from September 1-15.

What is a Flex Dollar?

Flex dollars allow you to purchase items at Starbucks, Bookstore Café, Rooted, and the Lower Café. The Flex Dollars are loaded onto your Student ID Card.

If you are a resident, Flex Dollars are included in your Meal Plan. 

If you are a Commuter, Flex Dollars do not expire. But they are non-refundable.

If you run out of Flex Dollars or you are a Commuter and would like to purchase Flex Dollars CLICK HERE. Note! The amount cannot be reduced later.
