Announcement: Exciting UX Design Changes Coming to TWU Service Hub
Service Hub is pleased to announce that we are in the process of rolling out new User Experience (UX) design changes through our service, request & knowledge platform, TeamDynamix (TD). These enhancements are designed to streamline and improve the overall user experience for TWU students and employees.
Here are the 5 key updates you can expect to see throughout Summer 2024:
1. Global Navigation
As of June 15, we have added a global navigation header at the top of all TD pages, making it easier for students and employees to navigate to the resources they need quickly and efficiently.
2. Home Page Refresh
As of June 15, a new rebranded Service Hub Home page has been built, focused on enhancing the service delivery experience. This page is designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly interface, while also providing students with easy access to information they frequently need. Search is the first option on the page to drive its use to find exactly what you need. It will also serve as a hub for staff and faculty, although the full list for employees is more extensive, it will be accessible.
3. Notify@teamdynamix.com --> ReplyToRequest@twu.ca
As of June 28, we have updated the notification "from" address to use our university domain to ensure consistent branding and improve email deliverability and trust.
4. Updated Email Templates
Currently in progress: Our TD email notification will soon be refreshed to be on brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and provide a professional appearance across all communications.

www.servicehub.twu.ca
Currently in progress: The URL address for TeamDynamix will be changed to servicehub.twu.ca. We are changing the service, request & knowledge application to provide a more user-friendly, memorable, and branded web address that enhances our users' experience and aligns with the university's digital presence. We intend to route all links from the old URL to the new one for a limited time but eventually hyperlinks & bookmarks will need to be updated.
