TWU is not liable directly or indirectly for students' property or students' personal liability. All residents staying in Trinity Western University residences, including international students, will be automatically enrolled in the TWU Tenant master policy purchased by TWU.
This policy includes coverage subject to terms and conditions for: personal belongings, personal liability coverage, and added living expenses.
