When a new ticket comes into the queue, it will appear at the top of the dashboard under "Service Hub - New Requests."
To open the ticket and see more details, click on "ID" or "Title".
If you click on the "Requestor Name", a pop-up window in Outlook will open, allowing you to write an email to the requestor.
