Requests for specific floors, rooms, or roommates are considered, but not guaranteed.
We will do our best to match you with a roommate that is similar to you. Due to the last minute cancellations, we do not share roommate information with students until they arrive. If you selected someone who has selected you, we will do our best to match you as roommates. We match according to age and preferences. Please ensure that the profile section of your housing application is an accurate reflection of yourself.
Special Accommodation
If you have any special consideration(s) for request, please complete the Housing Special Accommodation Request Form. These considerations may be, but are not limited to, medical, psychological/emotional, or cognitive issues and/or lifestyle, cultural, or religious considerations. Some requests may require additional documentation. In order to properly address special requests, the Housing Placement Team will work together with Student Life and the Centre for Accessibility Services to ensure you are placed in a proper space.

Change Requests
Room Change Requests will only be accepted until Add/Drop and MUST be approved by your Resident Director.
