Before You Start
The following article will provide steps and instructions on how to print wirelessly. Please make sure that you are doing the following to print:
- Wifi - you must be connected to the TWU WIFi to print
- Printers - Students are only able to connect and print from the Main Library/Learning Commons Lab Printers
- Username and Password - When prompted to add your username and password, please type in your TWU Email Address and Password (e.g. example.student@mytwu.ca)
- Print Credit - You will need credit on your account to be able to print.
- PaperCut Mobility: If you are using a Windows Computer, you will need to download the PaperCut Mobility app. There is a link to the App in the article listed below.
For Windows Devices
Please start by making sure that you have downloaded the Mobility Print installer.

Troubleshooting for an Apple Device
Please note that if you enter the wrong Username and Password, MacBook Devices will not show a warning message, your print job will simply not print. On Print Queue you will see a message that says “Hold for Authentication.”
- On Print Queue you will see a message that says “Hold for Authentication.”
- Click the Refresh button

- You will be prompted to add your Username and Password again

- Type in your @mytwu.ca email and password (your must include the @mytwu.ca e.g. example.student@mytwu.ca)
- Click Remember this password in my keychain and OK and it should print.
