Just a reminder, please check the Housing Dates & Deadlines Article to see when and where you can pick up your key,

Please complete the following steps when checking in for your Summer Housing:

  1. Your Housing Offer can be found on the student portal
  2. Housing would have also emailed you separately with your Housing Offer as well as the cost to stay for your requested period.
    • If you do not like where you have been placed, please respond to the email. Note that availability is limited. Placement changes are rarely granted due to the limited space we have available in the Summer.
  3. If you don't already have a Resident Student ID card, please make sure you Request a Student ID Card. You will need this card to gain access to your building.
  4. On the first day of your approved stay, pick up your keys at the Student Life Office in the Reimer Student Centre
    • The Student Life office is open between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday during the Summer. On Friday's we are open until 12:00pm.
    • Do not pick up your keys or arrive outside of these times - if you do arrive outside of these times, when the Student Life Office is closed, you will need to find somewhere off campus to stay until the Student Life Office is open again.
  5. Once you pick up your key, you will need to go to your room and complete the Room Condition Report Form.

Once all of these steps are complete, you will have been successfully checked in for your Summer Stay.

Some things to keep in mind during your Summer stay - The Dining Hall and all the Cafes on campus will be closed. Starbucks will remain open all summer.

Residence Life will be holding multiple events throughout the Summer. Please be sure to keep an eye out for any posters or emails regarding the events and join in on all the fun!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please file a ticket with Housing
