Profile Change

Use this service to request an update to your profile records on file with TWU. You can view your current TWU student profile: My Profile | My Account | Portal (twu.ca)

 The following information can be updated through this service:

• Name
  • Please provide a copy of government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, marriage certificate, etc.).
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Citizenship
  • Please provide a copy of your passport or PR card.
• Emergency contact information
  • Include name, address, phone number, and email address.
• SIN information
  • You can update your SIN information on the following page: https://www1.twu.ca/profile
  • Once you have updated your SIN information, please submit a helpdesk ticket so we can update your tax forms.
