Introduction
Losing your ID Card happens and can be incredibly stressful -- especially if you've been using it for the fitness centre, cafeteria, building access, etc. Not to worry though, we're here to help!
If you're looking to get a replacement & report that your ID card has gone missing, please follow the steps below.
Procedure
If you are a resident and need your replacement ID urgently, please stop by the Service Hub between 8.30 AM - 4.30 PM, so that we can get you the necessary access as soon as possible.
If you are not a resident, please see the instructions below:
- Submit a request here.
- Once we've printed & set up your replacement card, you will receive an email and a comment on your ticket letting you know your replacement ID Card is ready for pick-up!
- Pay the replacement fee online. (This fee will be posted to your account and show up on your student statement - please ensure payment is made in a timely fashion. Not doing so may result in a hold.)

Requirements
To get access to this service, you need the following:
- An headshot of yourself uploaded here, if you did not do so previously.
- To be a current TWU student
