Important Housing Dates for Summer/Fall 2026

June 16 Fall Placements Revealed for Students who Applied before Priority Date (March 16) Pick your own rooms!
July 1 Last Day to Apply for Summer Housing Summer Housing Application
July 15 Last Day to Apply for Summer to Fall Transition (For CURRENT Summer 2026 Residents Only) Semester Transition Application
August 1 Last Day to Withdraw from Fall 2026 Housing Housing Withdrawal & Refund
August 21 End of Summer Semester Checking Out of On Campus Housing
August 29 Student Leader Move In (Check your emails to confirm your move in date) Checking In to On Campus Housing
September 4 New International Students Move In (Not Including USA) New to TWU
September 5 New Residents Move In New to TWU
September 7-8 Returning Residents Move In (12pm - 4pm on Monday Sept 7 and 9am to 4pm on Tuesday Sept 8) Checking In to On Campus Housing
September 9 First Day of Classes  
September 22 Add/Drop - The Last Day to Request a Change to Housing and Your Meal Plan Housing Withdrawal & Refund
November 2 Spring 2027 Housing Applications Open

December 1 Change Request Deadline for New Spring 2027 Applicants  
December 10-19 Your last day to stay on Campus is 24 hours after your last exam Checking Out of On Campus Housing
December 18 Last Day to Withdraw for Housing for the Spring Semester Housing Withdrawal & Refund
