The Spectrum Model gives students a range of options for resolving conflicts—from informal conversations to formal adjudication—so they can choose the pathway that best fits their needs, comfort level, and goals. Most situations can be addressed through non‑formal, educational, and relationship‑focused approaches that do not result in a conduct violation.
TWU’s Student Code of Conduct is a restorative framework that helps students grow in character and faith while living out the university’s vision in community.
Students can appeal a conduct decision at TWU if there is new information, a disproportionate sanction, or a procedural error, by submitting an official form and fee for review within five days.
The Student Code of Conduct process at TWU is designed to support, investigate, and promote growth and safety for everyone involved.
If you are being investigated at TWU, you have rights and can share your perspective, and the process is focused on fairness and support.
